Besides this, since 2013 I work at the law firm C&D Solicitors in Torrox (Malaga) and I´ve bought a house twice now in Andalusia (Nerja). In my job I facilitate and advise Northern European clients during their purchase process. Costa del Sol – East
The Eastern part of the Costa del Sol is more quiet, authentic and even sunnier than the Western part. Popular places for buying a house in the Axarquia -the Eastern part of the Malaga Province– are the places: Nerja, Frigiliana, Competa, Torrox, Velez-Malaga, Torre del Mar, La Viñuela, Alcaucin / Los Romanes, Periana, Comares, Sayalonga, Iznate, Arenas en Canillas de Aceituno.
Besides the Costa del Sol also the Costa Tropical (Granada province) is gaining more and more interest from potential buyers. Here you find attractive coastal villages like La Herradura, Almuñecar and Salobreña.
Do you prefer more liveliness, luxury, green and -not to forget- playing golf? Then the better-known Western Costa del Sol is an excellent choice. Think of places like Marbella (Golden Mile, Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcantara), Estepona, Benahavis, Sotogrande, Mijas (Calahonda) and Benalmadena. Here you also find relatively more New Build properties from developers, off-plan projects and ´auto-promotions in own development. Also very interesting for non-EU buyers that are interested in the Golden Visa investment.
